Published: 06 February 2012Last Updated: 07 April 2012The Croatian Air Force Training Wing (Hrvatska zrakoplovna izobrazbena skupina) was formed on 21 July 1944 when the Croatian Air Force Legion was disbanded.
It saw action over East Prussia, Posen, West Prussia and Frankfurt before returning to Croatia in March 1945.
